Ok so I want to talk about the BIG PICTURE! When you get to goal or under you think “Now I will be happy” right??!! Wrong! ...the first pictures are right now today as I get ready for the day am I at my goal...NO. Am I at my heaviest...NO. Am I at my lowest (2nd picture)...NO AM I HAPPIER YES!! Do I struggle everyday with wanting to lose weight yes and I am working on it. It is slow going but I will get there. What I don’t want is to be like the girl in the 2nd picture. You may ask why? She looks amazing! I did feel amazing but I was running on empty. I wasn’t eating. I was maybe consuming a few hundred calories a week yes a week! I was going to the gym everyday and then working out when I got home. I kept my eating habits a secret from even the closest to me. I do not want to go back there. If it means it takes me a year to lose it the right way and get close to my lowest weight I will be “happy”. The thing I am trying to remember is be happy where your at life is to short and happy doesn’t mean skinny ❤️ #bodypositive#bodypositivity#truth#rawtruth#obsession#eatinghabits#extremeweightloss#behappy#skinnydoesntmeanhealthy#weightloss#weightlossjourney#openingup#shareyourstory#eatingdisorderawareness
