Who has tried a floatation tank before? 🧘♀️ I was initially a bit weirded out about getting trapped in there circa “Final Destination” Sunbed Scene?? _____Anyone remember that Haha! ———But anyway, today, I was pretty worn out. My daughter has been sleeping really badly, (for the past month) and I wanted to take some time to have a break and rejuvenate and restore. ———Floating was a self care activity on my agenda. Ive been really getting into meditation, centering to calm my mind. I just love the @calm app and today I took my meditation practice a step further by doing a 60 minute floating experience. It really was restorative. While I was floating, I decompressed, calmed the monkey mind, and then went beyond that into a space where I was leveling up my energy. Intuitively you also know what foods and drinks are good for your body. Pay attention to how your body feels after you eat particular foods or have certain drinks. It is time now for you to get back in touch with your physical body, and find a healthy balance for yourself in the way that you exercise, eat, drink and socialise.

It expands. There is more.
