The Northern lights are dancing in the sky and we want to dance with them! See these beauties in Greenland!

A volte bisogna avere il coraggio di salirci su quella barca, perchè una volta salito ti accorgi di quanto era pericoloso stare fermo .

These rugged hiking clips. Pacific Northwest Adventures - Episode 110 - Part 7 of 8. Shot with GoPro 4K. #gopro Check out full episodes on YouTube, link in bio. If you ever have any questions regarding hikes or places I’ve visited, feel free to message me. This episode we’re checking out Kaleetan Peak and Melakwa Lake, I highly recommend chugging beyond Melakwa Lake and making your way up to Kaleetan Peak. The trail to Kaleetan Peak is a bit hidden so take a left just as you approach Melakwa Lake and you’ll spot it next to the toilets. When you find the trail expect nonstop elevation that gets progressively steeper all the way up to the top. I highly recommend this hike especially if you’re feeling bold and attempt Kaleetan Peak. Bring lots of water and start this hike very early. These trips have and will continue to revitalize my soul. Hiking and exploring has become one of my favorite hobbies. I’ll be uploading hundreds of episodes this year as I continue exploring Washington State. #peaceful #washington #travel #pnw #hiker #backpacking #nature #solitude #pacificnorthwest #hiking #exploring #backtonature #mountains #escape #wilderness #outdoors #peace #mountbaker #lovenature

I use music as an escape. Music takes me on journeys that I find so hard to put into words, and sometimes I really wish I were better at this. I find it hard to explain what exactly a song is making me feel for someone who is pretty in sync with my emotions. How exactly do you explain to someone the different places each song brings you? Where the song begins and where the song ends are sometimes two very different places and how do I explain where I end up? Let’s start by this.... there’s times when I’m listening to a song (that does or doesn’t have lyrics) and I may just start crying out of nowhere, is this because there’s some internal struggle that I’m having or maybe because of a rough day I just had? Is it all the stressors going on? Or is it because I finally feel relieved? Honestly it’s all of those reasons, and much more. Music subconsciously releases whatever weight I can’t seem to let go. It allows for that vulnerable part of me to break down this built up and precisely put together puzzle that is, myself. I have always been one who fancied music and have also learned that besides music being a great escape it is also a great distraction. As someone who gets distracted very easily I have found it beneficial to build in a distraction to my routine. If I am doing a task that takes some direct attention I will put my headphones in and conquer the world. Music allows me to focus on the task at hand while also distracting myself just enough to not allow for myself to be distracted by other stimuli. Which to a lot of people may not make sense. I do not know how many times I have gotten the response “you distract yourself so that you don’t get distracted?” And yes, that is exactly what I do. It’s good to find an escape in our everyday busy lives and it’s important to not get bogged down from all the pressure bestowed on us by ourselves and by others
