HIP THRUST / HÜFTSTOSSER 🍑🏋️‍♀️
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Beim Hipthrust wird vorallem der grosse Gesässmuskel (gluteus maximus, siehe Abbildung) aktiviert . Beinbeuger und –strecker helfen leicht mit. Um die oberste Position korrekt auszuführen, kommen die Hüftstrecker zum Einsatz. Mit dem Hüftstoss kannst Du deutlich mehr Gewicht kontrollieren und auf den Muskel bringen als mit anderen isolierten Gesässübungen, was dir einen enormen Vorteil verschafft 💪

Ausführung 
Bevor Du oben mit der Übung beginnst, schau dass Du sehr nahe an der Bank sitzt und die Stange über deinem Becken liegt. Sobald Du die Füsse angezogen hast, kannst Du dich mithilfe von beiden Unterarmen vom Boden abheben und mit dem Oberkörper so nach hoch rutschen, dass deine Rückenmitte auf der Bankkante liegt. Danach kurz Füsse korriegieren. Wenn Du deine Beinvorderseite zu sehr spürst, hast Du die Füsse zu nahe an der Bank & wenn die Beinrückseite stark beansprucht wird, dann stehst du zu weit vorne. 
Mit der perfekten Installation, kannst Du nun mit dem Gesäss komplett runter und auch komplett hoch, was für die maximale Dehnung als auch Kontraktion der Muskeln notwendig ist.

Consistency and Determination is what kept me going!
