Right from social media to online stores everything becomes so women-centric that they even forget that men do exist too. Sure, men are always busy. Their whole life revolves around work, kids, new opportunities and they make these things a priority.

How you can quick fix?
Rushy morning breakfast: Men tend to be rushing a lot during the morning hours. And due to such a chaotic morning, they often skip the most important meal of the day which is breakfast.
Light meals for skipped lunch: Lunch is one of the heaviest meals of the day but if you have skipped lunch then you should choose a yummy yet lighter meal. Nothing is as easier and healthier than a simple salad. With not many efforts, it can be easily prepared. Don’t add the fatty dressing and go with some lemon juice with a pinch of olive oil. You can also add recipes that are made up of green vegetables for lunch as it is rich with proteins and have very fewer carbs.
Go wise with the grocery shopping: While grocery shopping, go a little while and choose foods which are made up of dairy, meats and eggs. Choose whole grains snacks should be the priority during the shopping of foods.

Focus On ONE Thing.
Yesterday’s tip was about not making your future clients have to work to understand your writing. So today, I want to tell you one of the things that makes people work…
Too many ideas!
When there are too many ideas in a sentence or a paragraph, it takes more brain power to process.
Now it’s not a big deal if it happens here and there. But if it happens a lot, the person reading may stop because the writing gets confusing.
You can apply this same principle to your web pages, too.
The fact is, when there are too many ideas on a webpage, your message gets watered down. And then you’ll be lost in a sea of thousands of other health coaches!
So simplify everything down to ONE main idea. That’s CORE Scaling Factor #3. Single Focus.
If you’d like to find out about all 16 CORE Scaling Factors, click on the link in my bio. It will take you to where you can download the CORE Scorecard. It has all the details!
Do The Work (so your future clients don’t have to). I have a stack of articles I need to finish. These are articles I started to read and then put aside thinking I’d finish them later. But that stack keeps growing. Why?
Because later = never.
Why didn’t I just finish the articles in the first place? Nine times out of 10 it’s because reading it felt like work.
Long paragraphs and long sentences look daunting to a reader! And sometimes the way something is written requires work to figure out what the writer means.
Even something as simple as using “the former” or “the later” often forces the reader to go back to see which one came first.
Don’t make it work for your future clients to read what you have to say, whether it’s your content, your CORE Value Piece, or your website.
That’s why when I do a CORE Critique on a health coach’s website, the first thing I scan it for is CORE Scaling Factor #2: Reading Ease.
One thing you can do is paste your copy into hemingwayapp.com. It will tell you the grade level of your copy. It also tells you where your copy can be simplified.
Try to aim for 6th grade.
Hopefully you found this post easy to read! (It came in at 4th grade.)
You Need a Wellness Business Optimized Website.
It isn’t enough for a health coach to have a website that looks beautiful. Your website also needs to attract your future clients and get them interested in working with you.
If it doesn’t do that, your website falls into the category of being a digital “brochure.” But an optimized website actually helps you to build your business.
Your website is your home base. It should create a connection with your future clients. And if it’s done well, it will position you as a valuable resource.
Here are a few things you can do to make sure you have a wellness business optimized website: - Focus your site on your ideal client and the problem they want solved. - Make sure you talk about the benefits your clients will get from working with you. - Help your future clients understand your values. Let them know that what’s important to them is important to you, too. - Find a way to address any concerns or objections they may have about working with you. - Keep your clients engaged by providing both immediate value (like with a CORE Value Piece) and ongoing value (like with a blog). If you’d like more ideas on how to optimize your website for your wellness business, download the Scorecard through the link in my bio. It will tell you exactly where your website is strong, and where it needs improvement so it can do a better job building your wellness business.
Mung Bean Crust Pizza 🍕
For Mung bean flat bread:
1. let’s say 2 cups of dry mung bean and soak with alkalized water at least for two days
2. drain water, pour mung bean into food processor or Vitamix.
Add 1 tablespoon of water. 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Pinch salt. Blend all them together.
4. Preheat the oven 425 degree
Pour mung bean batter into a baking paper sheet, spread thin evenly
Bake for 7-10minutes or maybe bit more
Just make sure check your oven after 5-7 minutes
When you see the dough cooked evenly, flip the bread and bake one more time.
5. Add any toppings like sautéed onions, arugula, vegan cheese, tomato sauce.
6. Put the pizza back into the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese got melted.
7. Finishing up with a fresh basil or drizzling extra virgin olive oil. (For me, add bit of aged balsamic vinaigrette Would be complete the game)
Then its done! Enjoy it and have an orgasm with it!
