This pasta mountain is spaghetti bol with a twist!
I stirred in some light pesto 1.5 syns per tbsp into the spaghetti instead of just plain boiled spag and then instead of sprinkling the parmesan over the dinner I made these parmesan crisps 6= 1 healthy extra a choice. Then I crushed them up and had them over the dinner it made a nice change.
To make the Parmesan crisps just lightly spray a non stick baking tray with frylight then dollop little piles of the parmesan I used 30grams and it made 6.
Cook in the oven for 10 mins 180 until golden.
