Authenticity is a word that has so much meaning in today's culture. We live in a world that is often pretending to be something it's not. It's something that I encourage all my couples to be when planning their weddings. It's something I wove right into the fabric of my business as one of my core values. But I recently realized that in one of the most horrible ways, I was being less than authentic in my marketing by presenting my company as something it is currently not. Silly as it may be, from nearly the beginning I have used "We" "us" and other plural pronouns in my marketing and website. And while I do have assistants that I contract as needed, the truth is, I'm a #solopreneur. I have big ambitions, but the company isn't ready for those yet. So today, that changes. I've gone through and changed everything to singular pronouns because that is what Your Personal Fairy Tale is. A one-woman show, passionate about creating amazing experiences and empowering couples to throw out the rulebook and have a wedding that's authentically them, no matter how big or how crazy they think their idea for their perfect wedding is. From here on out, I promise to be bold, to be daring, and most of all to be true to myself and what Your Personal Fairy Tale actually represents. I can't wait to start sharing with you more of who I am.
